Our Story

It’s no easy task raising our daughters in today’s world. Mother, daughter connections are unique and powerful. My Girls Wellbeing aims to support mothers and daughters on their journey to a more balanced and active lifestyle. We believe that by incorporating daily wellbeing strategies at such an influential stage in a girls life, it can help them to thrive.

I am a mother of a daughter, self confessed perfectionist, empath, recovering people pleaser, lover of movement and wellbeing enthusiast. It wasn’t always this way. While solely focusing on my achievements and career, I soon forgot about myself and this led to burn out. My anxiety grew and prevented me from doing things and it was here that I learnt about the importance of balance and incorporating wellbeing practices into daily life. As an introvert I often thought I would have liked to have known about the benefits of these practices when I was younger.

I have had many years of experience working in Education, Corporate and Fitness Sectors. Through all of these experiences, My Girls Wellbeing was born. It’s a space for mums to support their daughters in leading a balanced and active lifestyle, so we can enable them to be the best version of themselves in todays ever changing world.
